 Fire Chief Adrian Dillehay serves as the highest-ranking officer at Westfield Fire Department, where he is directly responsible for the efficient operation of the entire organization. He has been a dedicated member of the Houston Fire Department since 2011, bringing extensive experience in fire service leadership. Chief Dillehay’s responsibilities include overseeing all personnel, strategic planning, policy development, and fiscal management, ensuring the department operates at the highest standards of efficiency and effectiveness. His leadership plays a critical role in shaping the department’s direction and ensuring its continued success in serving the community. 

 Assistant Chief Sir Michael Branch has been a dedicated member of the Channelview Fire Department since 2012 and currently serves as Assistant Chief at Westfield Fire Department. In his role at Westfield, Chief Branch is responsible for the administration and coordination of the department's operations, including emergency response. Prior to his tenure at Westfield, Assistant Chief Branch worked with the Houston Fire Department from 2007 to 2021, where he gained extensive experience in fire suppression, emergency management, and leadership. 

 Captain Gerardo Garcia serves as the Operations Liaison at Westfield Fire Department and has been a committed member of the Houston Fire Department since 2020. In his role at Westfield, Captain Garcia is responsible for overseeing all communications, ensuring efficient coordination during emergency operations. Prior to his career in fire service, Captain Garcia served in the United States Marine Corps, where he specialized in communications, gaining invaluable experience in radio operations and communication strategies.  

 District Chief Samuel Rogers Jr. has been a valued member of the Houston Fire Department since 2004 and currently serves as District Chief at Westfield Fire Department. In addition to his leadership role, Chief Rogers manages facilities maintenance at Westfield, ensuring that all department facilities are well-maintained and operational. His extensive experience in both fire service operations and facility management supports the department's overall efficiency and readiness, contributing to a safe and effective environment for both personnel and the community. 

 District Chief Michael Smith has been a dedicated member of the Houston Fire Department since 2011 and currently serves as District Chief at Westfield Fire Department. In his role at Westfield, Chief Smith oversees records management and serves as the Swift Water Rescue Manager, where he is responsible for coordinating water rescue operations and ensuring the department’s readiness for swift water emergencies. His extensive experience  combined with his leadership skills, contribute significantly to the department’s effectiveness in emergency response and service delivery. 

 District Chief Leonel Garcia has been a dedicated member of the Houston Fire Department since 2014 and currently serves as District Chief at Westfield Fire Department. In addition to his leadership responsibilities, Chief Garcia manages fleet maintenance at Westfield, ensuring that all vehicles and equipment are maintained at optimal standards to support operational readiness. His expertise in fleet management, combined with his experience in fire service operations, plays a crucial role in enhancing the department's efficiency and ensuring the reliability of its resources. 

 District Chief Pablo Hinojosa has been a dedicated member of the Little York Fire Department since 2015 and currently serves as District Chief at Westfield Fire Department. In addition to his leadership role, Chief Hinojosa manages the department’s quartermaster duties and social media presence, ensuring effective resource management and clear communication with the community. Before his fire service career, Chief Hinojosa served in the United States Marine Corps, where he gained valuable discipline, leadership, and operational experience.
